Thanks Dave, but I think it is going to take more than emery cloth to clean this up. Most of the cuts look fine. But on 2 or 3 of them the tool decided to start chattering and making a bunch of noise about half way through the cut. It dug in and left "crop circles" a couple of times. I can feel that they are a couple of thousandths deep with my finger in the depressions. I don't know if I was running the mill too slowly, or if it started re-cutting chips, or......
I'll leave the critique up to the pro's.
