Tanks alot !!!!!!!

On some forums guys ask to "see your welds". Well some welds are never seen because they get ground off like most of mine do. Here is a radiator tank i made today that holds 55 and 88 gallons. It has a baffle plate. It will be used on a 4,700 HP Cat engine. I make 2 to 4 of these a week depending on the orders. Made from 20" black pipe and welded solid plus pressure checked on both sides. The fit up in the first pic then the weld. Then it is all ground smooth. And a couple pics of the fittings. Welded with a Miller 252 with .045 gas flux core wire and CO2. They must have zero flaws both inside and out. Enjoy...Bob

The 7th pic which is the baffle plate has 5 passes of weld around it. It is also 24" in so thats a lot of welding at arms reach. Thats why the seam because the baffle is supossed to be in 40" but i can't reach that far so i cut the pipe and spliced it back together where the side couplings are. Figured i would save some grinding :) ...Bob
