There's a couple of ways to do it, I can leave the tool mounted and swing the angle the other way and reset the clearance angle, or the method I use is to remount the cutter upside down and reset the clearance angle. A diamond hone removes the small burr that forms.
Here is a cutter I tried for the 14 1/2 degree pressure angle I need on the CNC plasma table racks. The Acme thread guage works nice.
