Hi Russ, looks like a nice set up

Am I mistaken, or did I see that you are turning the coolant off for the finishing cut ?

Yes Andrew. We switch from coolant to an air blast to aid in chip evacuation from the deep holes to help prevent recutting.

Some Retaining Seals we are making for the Air Force.  There are 1,715 pcs here with another 2,240 pcs due next month.  Blanks are 4.5" dia. with .5" wall cut 1" lg. 6061.
