I have a brand new/unused Tormek sharpening system sitting down in my shop that I can't get to. That sucks. But I'm sick and tired of having dull knives and scissors around here so I've moved on to plan "B" for now. I've been piecing together a Wicked Edge Gen 4 Pro system that is small enough that I can use it on my little roll around work table that I can keep near me. But I need it to be portable so it can be stored out of the way and easy enough for my wife to move.
Enter the Pelican 1560 storage case with an extending luggage handle and wheels. I took me awhile to lay it out and cut out the "pick and pluck" foam to hold all the bit's but finally got it done. With the weight of the vice unit held at the bottom of the case near the wheels it balances out well so it's easy for the better half to roll it away for storage. Sorry for the clutter and poor pictures - I don't have a lot of room to work in anymore. Even less than before!
