War Dept. is on my case. No sense of humor today. I have to call it a day. Before and after on the #1 pulley. Pic #2 is mounted in place.

We are here. Both pulleys modified and in place.

The black knob is the friction override that will allow the drive to slip if there is too much drag..

That ought to do the trick. Looks like it's almost time for the spark test.

I need to put the drive pin in and get a 22 inch 40 tooth X 2.5mm pitch belt and it's a done deal Tom. Abel Trans. tomorrow should have one.

1/16 endmill at 1650 really makes your day in a manual mill. The it the engagement pin slot. All I need not is the belt. It will be here Saturday. I tried it with a vacuum cleaner anr it works OK. A little slip was evident but I think that was just the type of belt.

I'm all done. Abel Transmission found two belts at their warehouse. This thing is smooooooth running. Thank you Tom for your help and thanks to all for watching.

Nice job Bill and thanks for sharing it with us. How about a video demo?

I don't know how to do a video or I would Tom. Maybe my son knows how, I will check.
