Yes. It showed up in the local CL and I was in the market for a 12 incher. It was a blind restoration, as I could find no manual or any documentation. I had to make a few parts and repair many others. The paint was my own decision as I had no idea of the original color.

Looks like a nice piece of machinery. I couldn't handle the music but the shaper is definitely tolerable.

Marduk, I watched you're video link, thanks. But I noticed other videos with "Louvroil" in their titles and they certainly didn't have shapers in them?? I'm not doubting that the brand of your shaper is "Louvroil" just curious as to why the name appears in other, unrelated? videos.
hello all, the company Louvroil was 1 plant was producing machines or tools in early 1900, then the company went bankrupt, at the present time, it is one big chain which replace storehouse website I can not find any data on this machine it is a shame for the music video sorry you just cut the sound to your ears Savings, cordially thierry

Shapers,one of those machines that you either love 'em or hate 'em, well I love mine,you could pick a good one up for £50 to £150 when I got mine [about 30 yrs ago] not sure what they bring now but I wouldn't part[pardon the pun] with it!!

Ha ha you're right Stevec,I don't know how to put pictures on yet so I'll get my son to show me how,btw don't expect a spotless luxury workshop,
it's crammed with stuff I'm a magpie/skiprat & can't bare to waste anything but it's fun making/mending things & of course it's no good having ''all the gear & no idea'',everything gets used, some occasionally others regularly!!.
