Am I mistaken, or did I see that you are turning the coolant off for the finishing cut ?

Yes Andrew. We switch from coolant to an air blast to aid in chip evacuation from the deep holes to help prevent recutting.

Some Retaining Seals we are making for the Air Force.  There are 1,715 pcs here with another 2,240 pcs due next month.  Blanks are 4.5" dia. with .5" wall cut 1" lg. 6061.




Here's the big boss! With the shop so busy even she's getting into the action and helping out.

It's startin to look like you need a bigger shop!
