Nice work with there in using the carbide drill Greg. I was at a meeting in Poland, so haven't been on much this past week.

Much gnashing of teeth today, 1,340 to be exact.
Decided to make some Myford 33 / 34 screwcutting gears for metric screwcutting on the imperial gearbox models. Gert was out of stock and giving me some grief.

The weather is keeping me in the shop too.
A quick repair on two tractor hubs. The two part seals broke loose from the hubs and wore them bad. Set up here to bore the hub to 4.000 then pressed a sleeve made from 4 inch od pipe, and rebored to fit the seals. Making an engine hoist attachment for a $20 engine stand. The single nose wheel will, of course, be replaced with a crossbar and two casters. The arm will telescope so that it doesn't extend past the front wheels when it's in a lower position. Since the hoist is only for motorcycle engines, the hand winch will be sufficient.
