With out a Mrs to direct, the shop is where ever you want it. Mine just happens to be bigger than the house and climate controlled. At least in the winter.

I only have two parameters:

Big Grin   Big Grin   Big Grin   Big Grin   Big Grin

For the anal-retentive among us that is one parameter with two settings   Blush

OK - how about this:

Parameter one: Machine plugged in.  Possible settings: (1) Yes, (2) No.

Parameter two: 440V 32A three-phase power. Possible settings: (1) On, (2) Off.

It took me a while to think about that Big Grin

A video as promised. Short and boring but it's all I had time for. This was a very busy weekend for me.

One suggestion Ed. Find the parameter for carrier frequency and work on that. My ears still hurt!   Smiley-gen151

Yup, when I first turned it on I knew I had to adjust that first thing. The default is 2K and that's what you're hearing in the video. I bumped it up to 6K and that quieted it down quite a bit. I'll do some more tweaking once it's in its final resting place.

My solid state phase converter, (probably a VFD without the variable) uses a 20K carrier, not loud but annoying as hell. Most people can't hear it, as deaf as I am I still hear it with my right ear only.

I find that kind of squeal about as appealing as chewing on alumin(i)um foil!    Smiley-signs131
