weather's turning cold is a good enough reason to fire up the forge to heat the shop up
Wondering if this project got moved to the dark corner of the shop???? DA

hmmm - Rob, John, Mick and Bob have been a little quiet of late. Either someone jumped them for getting all the good stuff at the local car boot sales or they are in the pub...

Hi Dallen and Darren ,
I wanted to be allot further along with this project , as Dallen mentioned forging is a good winter sport and my plan was it have the forge set-up ready for my winter break from work , that still maybe possible , its just I have been flat out at work at the moment and in the spare time I have had all I can be arsed to do is read about forging lol . Well I decided to fit a better ,or should I say more suitable electric motor to the blower . I did have to make a new motor mount .
and back together for a test . Now were to mount the thing ??? I want /need to keep the forge compact ,within its own foot print .OH how I wish I had a shop as big as some of you lads have . A bit creative pipe work needed Cheers for looking ,Rob

Excellent - far better with a TEFC motor - it might last more than a few days now :)
BTW the space you have will ALWAYS be filled to busting however much there is !
