Cheers Ed,  It's not so much work, I just wish I had thought about doing it before I had put up the wall cabinets  Slaphead

I can appreciate the need not to walk outside.  My memory of growing up in the UK was that it rained nine moths of the year.

p.s. I like the corner storage unit in your welding shop.  Looks very flash!

Rotfl  Not into selfies Darren, Aye the great British weather it is the main reason for the new doorway, running back and forth in the rain messes with my hair.  Big Grin

Which storage unit?

Hey Greg, with that curved ceiling and I-Beam, how do you keep the crane from crashing into the wall?

The world is definitely not flat and it shows in the pic, Vinny
The Man is really working, when all U Guys are relaxing.
So give him some credit. He just might have bent the lens a bit too much as he's tired

And Darren said I could post any pic/s here as nobody's doing anything, whilst everybody's on vacation  !!!
So we must oblige the Man with some teeny-weeny toys we played with
These Carbide De-Burrs were made from, (would U believe it - scrap Bolts), some time ago, and should have been Knurled first and then finished.
Well I did not have the Knurling Tool at that time, and only got to doing it now, on the best available space.
Check out the difference in the finish - made with the same Knurl. Guess that's the effect of difference hardness in Material. Amazing.

aRM, I've found that the knurl pattern produced changes depending on the diameter of the piece being knurled.
Busy Bee 12-36 lathe, Busy Bee Mill drill, Busy Bee 4x6 bandsaw, Homemade 9x17 bandsaw, Ad infinitum.

Hi Steve
That makes sense. There's always a logical explanation !!!
Thanks for sharing this info. Will remember this 'cos we have some 10 mm rounds to knurl in S/S 303 and Ti for Thumb-Bobs, which will be nice to work on.
Take care
