I have never heard the one about horse shoes and butts but have heard about squeaky wheels but I must say I am impressed with ENCO I never expected them to return my payment, their doing so put the cost of shipping and brokerage back at what I was prepared to pay for the grinder in the first place. Again thanks to ENCO a 10+++ tom
