Yeah, wearing leather gloves around rotating machinery is bad juju. I'll admit that I do use'm when belt sanding sometimes, however.

I managed to sit through perhaps 1.5 episodes of OCC before turning it off in complete disgust. What a train wreck.

My LWS carries and I use Tillman TIG gloves -- they're under $15, and I try to remember to consider them a consumable and replace them before they get too filthy.
