Ed, you let family and a lawn come between you and your mill?

Yea, I know, kind of pathetic. What can I say, I'm a softy I guess.
That said, I really wish I had one more day of vacation to get the test run done and start planning the dis-assembly. If it wasn't such a critical time in the project I'm working on at work, I'd just take another day off. Not going to push my luck though.

At this point Ed, I would be thankful just to have it unloaded from the truck and moved indoors.
Mine had to sit outside under a tarp in the rain for a week before I could get it inside. No garage.
Lookin' good Ed.
And I completely understand about the lawn. I don't know if it is my OCD or what but I have certain days I mow my lawns on and NOTHING comes before keeping the yard up, other than vehicle maintenance.
When my lathe arrived last year I too had a day of lawn mowing and a LOF on the wife's car where I couldn't get to the lathe. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary but my co-workders couldn't believe I put something before getting the lathe up and running.
Mike.
I go along with your co-workers too, Mike.

Had to get a new clamp set since the new mill has 5/8" table slots and my old mill has some odd metric slot size. I got the Teco kit from Amazon for a reasonably good price. The VFD enclosure also arrived from Amazon.

I got the wiring all done and it's ready for the test run. I'm not up to it tonight so I'm going to delay it until tomorrow. I need to be alert with the fire extinguisher when I fire it up.
