thanks all for the comments john stop hitting them with the hammer then any way last bit it needed a end so i had a rummage and fawned this its a stand off used in computers to mount the curcet board i drilled the bottom out to 3.4 by 1.7 for a 3.5 ball to go in and put a angel on the front then drilled 1.6 for a m2 tap i mixed up sum epoxy and preset the ball in and screed in a length of 2mm studding left it to go hard then gave it a buff up right pics
