Awe man...then he's gonna have to go back and print the change gear box cover, and several of the others because they aint labeled at all. Big Grin 
Nice work...that's a busy little printer.

I want to make a t-slot cleaner out of steel but thought I better prototype one in PLA to get the dimensions accurate.

I had a bunch of projects I had designed for my vo-tech students and hoped to find them while I was cleaning out my shop. However, no such luck.

I got some of them (in steel) from Travers when they had that sale. I think they were a buck or less each.

Unfortunately the t-slots on this mill are a non-standard size. I haven't found any cleaners that would fit them.

Get larger than you need and use either the grinder or the mill! But the 3D printed ones are more fun.
Needed a box for the fly cutter. It ended up looking like a coffin but it still works.  Smile
