It has grown too large to safely handle during construction. This is the full crankcase length of 9 inches.

The wife had an abdominal operation and I have been unable to get to the shop for a while.
OK, this is the humble beginnings of the custom intake manifold.

Will do Darren. She is getting about now so things have eased a little.

Here the brass binder is in place. When I bore the hole open for the carb I will have the binder locked in position to shape it also.
